Taste Notes

Crisp clear, maybe add 10g extra galaxy in the dry hop

Didn't quite get the OG 1.038 added 0.6kg of Dextrose Sparged to fast at two lower a temp (turn off float valve before sparge). no whirlpool, CFC straight to the fermenter
