Notes

Yeast in this recipe is based on a 800B cell Bohemian Lager starter that I fucked up and mixed with a 100 ml starter of Hazy Daze II. Was meant to be a Schwarzbier, but will likely come out too fruity/estery. Tentative Name: "Happy Little Accidents"
