Notes
Uncrushed chocolate malt cold steeped in 0.5 litres of water over night. Boil for 10 mins. Add directly to fermenter untill desired colour has been achieved.

Water pH 6,5
Brown Sugar, Light == Dan Sukker, Light Brown Muscovado
Had a hard time keeping the temperature at 75 for the sparge, it was more like 70, kept adding boiling water to get it up.
Mash pH 5.5-5.7, ok, but not good.
End of running gravity 1.023
Pre boil gravity 1.040
