Add Honey and Maple Syrup at end of boil.
Split into two batches.
OG: 1.073 (after adding Honey and Maple Syrup; also added 2 quarts of water)
Added 2quarts of starter to each 5gl batch.
Gravity after Primary Fermentation on 9/28/2015. FG and kegged on 10/15/2015
1) Pochahontras Pumpkin Ale: East Coast Ale Yeast: WLP008 --> 1.016; FG=1.016; ABV = 7.5%
2) Saison D'Potiron: Saison Ale Yeast: WLP565 --> 1.010; FG= 1.009; ABV = 8.5%
