Excellent

This recipe came out great. I really couldn't be happier with it. It's got a great amber color and a creamy thick head. The flavor is full but not filling. The kegs not kicked yet and I'm lready getting requests for the next batch.

Next time I make it I might reduce the chocolate malt slightly.

Solid drinker

by oteixeira

I made this because I needed something that would ferment out quick, my pipeline was dry. Also, I had all the ingredients EXCEPT the carapils, so I just left it out and added 8oz of base malt. This is a good solid drinker, and I am happy to have it, thanks.
