Notes

I had Levi for the first 4 hours of this brew and it worked quite well! First brewed on Eric’s birthday. I accidentally froze the yeast, so I’m curious how that will turn out; tomorrow should tell… Matt helped with cleanup a ton and I did most of the washing outside which worked quite well. I’m pumped to see how my first stout turns out! No fermentation after 24 hours, maybe I’ll be re-pitching on Tuesday :S Crossing my fingers for no contamination.
