Notes

2. august. Traff mesketp perfekt. Preboil: 1.046 (oppskrift 1.044). Saaz hadde svak alfasyre. Chinook som bitterhumle som kompensasjon. OG: 1.071 FG 1.006 31. august. (trengte 4 uker gjæring for å ny riktig FG. Neste gang: Mesteparten av sukker etter primærgjæring er ferdig. Vi fikk 45 liter på flaske fra 50 liter til gjæring.
