1/2 knust (ikke pulverisert stjerneanis 15 min Skall fra 1 lime og 1 appelsin 15 min 28 IBU fra humle FG ca 1.014 Brygget 20. mai 2015. Preboil 1.052 uten sukker. Sukker tilsatt siste 30 minutter av koking. OG 1.072. 2 rør gjær rett i gjæringstank.
