WLP007 attenuation set to 74% - to give an apparent attenuation prediction of 78% which should be about right for WLP007 at 66C mash. 1kg of green hops, on the basis of 4 times the normal quantity. (Have entered the hop IBU value as 2 for an estimate of 8, so I can enter the full weight.) Water - Yellow Bitter
