1. Yeast starter: 1L (4quarts) with 3.6oz of LME at 20h00 2012/04/30 2. Strick water started at 07h49 - chilled at 11h38. Day finished at 13h00 3. Target Strike water: 166.9, actual 167.3 difference of +0.4F 3 Target marsh temp: 151F, actual 152.5 difference of +1.5F 4. collected wort was short 1 Gal. heated more and then added. 5. Pre-boil target was 1.037, actual 1.043 6. chilled in 21 minutes 7. SG target 1.045, actual 1.047 8. 2012/05/11 racked to secondary SG 1.010
