Notes

Mash stabilised at ~60 C at 2 mins so added 1 litre of 80C water brought up to 65C then added another litre of 80 C water. Now at 67C at 15 mins. Letting the mash sit for 1:15 to make up for the time to stabilise at right temp. At 1 hour its at 65C. With addition of 80C sparge mash stabilised at 75C. Measured efficiency is 44.4% which is crap. Why so low? Think it was addition of 2 more litres of strike water? Five days in primary. Transferred to secondary and measured gravity at 1.016. Added dry hops. Bottled 8 days later. Didn't take final gravity.
