Taste Notes

Didn't boil off as much as expected, and mill issues resulted in inconsistent crush - ended up around 1045 OG. Two weeks at ferm fridge SP at 65, got down to 1011. Brett pitched Oct 4 2015 Moved to bottles on Nov 11 2015 - SG at 1009. Not quite 5 gallons, used 162 grams of corn sugar and a little over 3/4 cup of water. Autosiphon + hop bag didn't get enough suction, had to forego filter and hop chunks likely will be in bottles.
