Notes

WLP007 attenuation set to 75% - to get somewhere near 82% which should be about right for WLP002 at 64C mash. Am going for the style of original Cat's Arse at about 1.007 FG. Am using fresh cascade (5 times dry weight) and using up Citra/Ahtanum in place of Centennial Cascade AAcid estimate is 1.6 based on 8/5. Water - Mr Tasty
