Taste Notes
Realy, good honey wheat. The honey was apparent without being overpowering. It was way too easy to drink for the amount of alcohol it contained. Maybe a little sweet - but that seems to be what bridged the gap for the non-beer drinkers.Notes
Based off of Midwest's 20 min Honey Wheat, this beer was consistently a crowd pleaser. Several times "non beer drinkers" tried, and liked it, and drank more. The yeast was changed, but this one had a lot of potential for house mods (even down to NOT using the Munton's pre-hopped malt). Its quick. Its easy. Its REAL good.
Uses 2 stage ferm to get the beer off the sediment from having a good % of honey in the mix. This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
