Added 4oz. Cocoa Powder with 15 minutes left.
Added Chiles with 1 minute left.
Dried Chiles:
1 whole Pasilla
1 whole Guajillo
4-6 whole Smoked Morita (Chipotle)
Added chilies about a minute before flame out.
For a less spicy beer just add ½ of a Pasilla and Guajillo and 3 or 4 Moritas.
