Taste Notes

Added toasted Oak chips that where soaking in Woodford Reserve for 1.5 months and 2 Madagascar Vanilla beans split and hulled.

Notes

had an issue with the grill thermometer and added to much ice, dropped the temp to low added more hot water and raised up to 148 - 150 for the last 15 mins
