Notes

At 5 mins into mash temp was 70 so added 500 ml a tap water and left tun open. Strike water was ladeled in in 2 litre jugs at 78 so perhaps just a bit hot. Closed lid at 67 C. I poured the 2 l jugs of strike water into tun and just maybe aerated too much? Don't know but check at tasting. At 30 mins into mash temp is 68 C. Added another 500 mls of tap. Sat open for a moment and now at 66 C. At 60 mins in mash still at 66C.
