Notes

-Added 3 oz Magnum at 45 min instead of 2 at 60. -Volme was too high, added 2 lbs Golden DME, 1 lb Pils DME and .75 lbs Amber DME to up gravity to coincide with volume. -Collected 10 Full Gallons for class -Collected 4.5 gallons for us -Pitched 2 expired Leuven Pale (Wyeast 3538, Private Collection)
