Notes

Developed this recipe in conversation with Andy (brewer at New Begium) 1. The Kafir leaves are lime leaves... easily found at an asian supermarket 2. 1TBSP of peach extract is all that is needed. Any more and the beer becomes too peachy https://learn.kegerator.com/new-belgium-skinny-dip/

fantastic light lager (kafir + peach)

by vkrishan

I collaborated with one of New Belgium's brewers who painstakingly helped me through recipe development, based on their procedure, but without revealing "secrets". this beer came out great with a light peach influence... superb

next time, increase kafir by 2 leaves and reduce peach extract by a half tablespoon
