Lage som BErliner Weisse ihht Kettle Sour metoden (Meske - Syrning i noen dager - Koke - Kjøle - Primary - Tørrhumle+Frukt - Flaske Sikte på Berliner Weisse syrlighet: 3.2 pH Tørrhumle med Equanot og Lemondrop Salt: 1g/L Koriander: 1g/L OG riktig etter syrning. TIlsetter 2.5 L vann før kok så vi havner på samme nivåer etter kok Tilsetningsforslag: - 2L Mango Pure/Zest og Saft fra 3 x Lime (5g Zest) - 2L Apricot Pure v1.1: - Doubled Dry Hop (40g each) - Increase Coriander seed by 5 g to 35g
