Notes

Hit 1.044 Pre-boil gravity Hit 1.049-1.050 post-boil Final volume into fermenter 23ish litres. Should yield at least a keg. dry hopping with 23 grams of Ella leaves. Put on 26/08. Rack to keg 30/8. Drank for Ben's birthday. Bloody brilliant. Slightly undercarbed in the keg but the taste was spot on. Took this and a keg of pacific ale, went home with both empty.
