Notes
I ended up with just over 4 gallons of wort @ 1.065. Added 3 quarts RO water to bring it over 5 gallons @ 1.044 OG. Used 1 oz Michigan Gold @ 60 minutes, and 1oz @ 10 minutes. Pitched 1 packet of Belle Saison yeast. I was able to mash pretty close to 152 using the bucket heater and controller. I set the controller to 153 and the average would have been spot on for the way it fluctuated.This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
