Taste Notes

initial aroma lots of centennial aroma, fruty orange, dank. plus a bit of tropical fruit from citra, nice balance of malt and hop with orange flavour and rye spicyness and bitterness to finish. 6 weeks on still good but no hop aroma to speak of flavor is similar but less hop and more pronounced rye bitterness, still good drink more Dry hop next time , hop combo was good could try a simcoe/centennial for more dank and pine aroma.

Notes

Yeast was west coast ale - 15g pack, BRY-97
