2015 Seasonal availability, had to substitute yeast and Saaz for Sterling hops.
Experimented with adding more pumpkin - 3 full cans of Libbys, approx 5 lbs total. Mixed with rice hulls and then moved to baking sheet. Roasted pumpkin in oven at 350' for 40 mins. Honey drizzled over roating pumpkin and then returned to oven for additional 40mins.
Approx 4.5 gal into fermenter
Added 70ggts of grahm cracker flavor
approximated 3 gallons of finish volume, tasted pre bottle and was sour. 4gm of lactose sweetened 1 cup of beer.
80 cups in 5 gal, so figired 190 gms needed to sweeten beer at bottling.This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
