Notes

Mash at 158 Fermentation: Day 1: 65 Day 2: 67 Day 3: 69 Day 4: 72 Day 5-7: 72 Day 8-14: 65 Rack to secondary on top of cherries. Let sit for at least 14 days. Rack again and let settle for at least 3 days before kegging.
