Bake pumpkin at 350 degrees fahrenheit uncovered for 1 hour to caramelize sugars and to gelatinize the starch
Toast the maris otter at 350 for 15 and 275 for 15 minutes minutes this is why the SRM was adjusted from original
Add the mollaases at the 10 minute mark
