Notes
Add the Light Dry Extract for the last 15min of the boil. Longer times will have darker result. ( did last 15, same time I added irish moss)
O.G. was 1.053
Used 12 lbs of LME
Steeped 2lbs grains for 30 minutes
Rinsed grain with 6 glasses with steeping water
Used ~12.3 gallons water for pre-boil
