Almost perfect West Coast IPA

by SMcLoughlin

This turned out as the best I've helped to design and brew yet. Tropical and citrusy hops aromas, great flavor, lighter bodied and not malty but with great mouthfeel and juicy hops flavors, dry and clean hoppy finish that's not overtly bitter. (Downgraded rating after latest batch turned out better. See "As Brewed 4/17/16 for perfected recipe.)
