Steaped 10 lbs of pale for 60 minutes in BIAB. 29 oz of cooked pumpkin(canned) at 350 for 60 minutes. Added straight to boil. Was chunky when moving to fermenter Added 4 g cin, 3 g nutmeg, 2 g ginger, 1 g clove and 5 tsp madagasger vanilla in secondary
