Notes

4g gypsum. Step mash 45 mins @150F. Infuse 2.5g boiling water to reach 170F for 15 mins. Sparge with 175F, collect 6.5 gallons 75 min boil Ferment at 64F dry hop at 1 weeks for 7 days
