Taste Notes

Tastes great. More strawberry flavor than the first. Process is getting better.

Notes

Brewed w Andy first big batch 10 gal. Krisp spilled 2# grains. Had to guess which ones and replace. Krisp gave me flaked wheat which I'm sure is flaked oats and went with it. Andy pitched WLP022 and I WLP004. I have 1 gal using WLP001 from leftover yeast in fridge.
