Notes

Yeast attenuation set to 76% to give AA of about 82% for WLP007 at 65C. Want to go clean and dry to emphasise Nelson Hop, dropped wheat down to 3% (Using 113g of Nelson and Ahtanum to use up every gram of Nelson)
