Notes

Mash tem came in low (144.7 F to 142.5 over 75 minutes) despite preheating tun. Added the first sparge water at 210 F and let rest for 15 minutes. Brought temp up to 152.6. Iodine tested negative. Continued with sparge Racked to secondary 8/11/15. SG 1.008
