pasteurise at 63C. chill to 37 and pitch 5 pills. ferment in mash tun will lid on. after 2 days transfer to sanitised FV and ferment further adding brett from bottle dregs - orval or similar. ferment under airlock until activity ceases, transfer to corny closed.This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
