Notes

WLP002 attenuation set to give an apparent attenuation prediction of 78/9% which should be about right for WLP002 at 65C mash. ESB recipe, but want to make it more 'sharp', going for increase from 0.65 ratio to 0.9 ratio. Also reduced Munich from 20% to 5% to avoid too much sweetness. Water - Yellow Bitter
