Notes

started at 9:30am ready to mash at 10am? good 20mins mashing in mash out at 11:27am sparge done by 12:05 - still draining at 12:15pm about 2pm was done. dry hopped about day 5?? and then finings for 24hours. Bottled on the 20th June 2015. Took an 1hour & 20mins (incl about 20mins of siphon)
