Taste Notes

Chocolate, Caramel, Licorice. Nice balance between bitterness and sweetness. Some nice warming alcohol. Overall clean and balanced beer.

15 days primary Quick Diacetyl rest 3.5 months of lagering Bottle to 2.4 CO2 - Added a little S04 as help.
