Notes
Steep Specialty grains in 1 gal of water at 155 for 30 min.
Remove specialty grains and top off with 2 gallons of water
65-70 total boil time
Add 3 pounds of wheat malt extract at the beggining of boil
Add first hop addition at 60 min left in boil
add second hop addition at 15 min to go
add rest of extract at 10 min to go
final hop addition at flame out
