Notes

7-19 mashed 147 hops increased to 1.25 oz crystal and kent goldings 11-28 mashed 149. boiled to hard, got 1.06 1-16-16 mashed 147 4/3/16-new kettle transferred to mash at 160 to get 148. lost 16oz in hoses 2oz each opf EKG and Crystal. Changed trub kettle losses to 1 gallon. Check boil off next time Approx 1-2 qts more lost did not like the 2oz hops- back to 1.25oz 1/14/17-5.25 ph with rahr 2 row, i think Maris was 5.33 7/4/17 5.45pH-brun water said 5.3-added pickling lime-already changed brun water to .3g from .6g for next time 5/28/18 mashed 150 5.4pH 1.046 pre boil 1.056 OG=too much from sparge-should have boiled longer FG-1.014 1/16/19-orginal recipe of Moose Drool mashed 150 5.41pH used liberty instead of crystal wyeast 1332 instead of 1450 4/11/19 mashed 152 5.35 pH used liberty instead of crystal 1 oz EKG due to6.1 AA bootleg biology brulosophy blend instead of 1450
