7-19 mashed 147 hops increased to 1.25 oz crystal and kent goldings
11-28 mashed 149. boiled to hard, got 1.06
1-16-16 mashed 147
4/3/16-new kettle transferred to mash at 160 to get 148. lost 16oz in hoses
2oz each opf EKG and Crystal. Changed trub kettle losses to 1 gallon. Check boil off next time Approx 1-2 qts more lost
did not like the 2oz hops- back to 1.25oz
1/14/17-5.25 ph with rahr 2 row, i think Maris was 5.33
