Ingredients
Amount Name Type #
6 lbs Vienna Malt (3.5 SRM) Grain 1
2 lbs Pale Malt (2 Row) US (2.0 SRM) Grain 2
4.00 oz Carared (20.0 SRM) Grain 3
3.04 oz Aromatic Malt (26.0 SRM) Grain 4
3.04 oz Melanoiden Malt (20.0 SRM) Grain 5
0.35 oz Apollo [17.5%] - Boil 60 min Hops 6
1.0 pkgs Pacman (Wyeast #) Yeast 7

Taste Notes

Needs to be low temp mash, probably reduce melanoiden/aromatic malt. Increase bitterness slightly. Apollo gives slightly dirty bitterness? Overall good flavor but cloying, thick/slick and not very clean. low drinkability.

Notes

Cold crash at end of secondary.
