Taste Notes

Blue ribbon @ BCF Pretty strong Diacetyl after a big of aging. Not a fan of this yeast.

Notes

OG 1.047, volume in carboy 5.75 gallons. Diacetyl rest 60F from 1.015 to 1.005. FG 1.005. Lager 31F.
