Taste Notes
At kegging taste was dry and bitter, quite good.
Notes
Preheated mash tun but after 80 minute mash temp was 6 degrees low (142.4 F). Added the initial sparge water (1.31 gal of boiling water) and let rest for another 25 minutes. Was iodine test negative and then began sparge. At 2 weeks was well flocuulated and very clear. Kegged with 22 PSI for 3.1 vol CO2This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
