Notes

Split in 2 mashes, 1st mashed at 156, 2nd at 148. 2hr boil. 1.125og 6/22/15: made 2 cup starter of 1.040 with 1 vital wlp099 on brew day, stepped up in growler with big cup of sugars in 4 cups water yesterday. Pitched stepped up starter today after notty krausen dropped. 6/24/15: added 2 cups dark brown sugar in 2 cups Bolling water. Carbed gravity is 1.032 6/27/15: added 2 cups of brown sugar in 2.5 cups water to barrel and racked over it. 1.030 6/30/15: added 2 cups turbinado in 2.5 cups water 7/4/15: added 1 gal 1.085 wort
