Notes

WLP007 attenuation set to 74% - to give an apparent attenuation prediction of 78% which should be about right for WLP007 at 66C mash. This was spot on last time and also very very good. All I have done here is up the efficiency to 79% and tweak the grain down. 2 stage starter - 1.3L and 1.2L Water - Yellow Bitter
