Notes
Fermented at room temp of about 66 deg. for first 2 days, then used space heater to increase temp to about 72-73 deg. for about 12 days. Then cold crashed and kegged.
- Next time I should mash for 90 min. to convert more sugar for the higher alcohol.This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
