Notes

Blended all hops together, then divided out into 4 eq amounts. Totals used: 2 oz Centennial, 2 oz Galaxy, 1 oz Motueka and 3 oz Citra. 5 gallons got Safale 05 and the other 5 got Safale 04. Both got an additional .25 of a packet of Safbrew T-58
