Taste Notes

Solid IPA, as always. Not necessary to add the Equinox. Only got a slight hint of the said "green pepper" from it.

Notes

Added some Equinox to my standard IPA recipe. Also used it in the Hoppy Wheat but it will be easier to get in this brew. Boil sat for 20 minutes before running through the chiller. Wyeast 1958 batch was clearer than the 05.
