Ingredients
Amount Name Type #
5.00 gal Dublin, Ireland Water 1
7 lbs 8.00 oz Pilsner (2 Row) Ger (2.0 SRM) Grain 2
8.00 oz Munich Malt (9.0 SRM) Grain 3
8.00 oz Rice, Flaked (1.0 SRM) Grain 4
8.00 oz Wheat Malt, Ger (2.0 SRM) Grain 5
1.00 oz Hallertauer Mittelfrueh [4.0%] - Boil 30 min Hops 6
1.50 oz Challenger [7.5%] - Boil 15 min Hops 7
1.0 pkgs German Lager (White Labs #WLP830) Yeast 8

Taste Notes

Good mouthfeel and nice maltiness. The english Challenger hops can be changed to 1oz of Northern Brewer or Sticklebracht at the same time.

Notes

The only reason the water is Dublin, Ireland is probably because I live there. Remember to boil for 90 mins to get rid of dimethyl sulfide.
