Notes
6-23-2015 Brew day
OG 1.050? Can't remember. I'm horrible at recording these.
7-1 SG 1.010
7-2 Kegged. SG 1.010
7-7 Took a little draught. Very yeasty sediment. Will hopefully precipitate out soon. Pomegranate is imperceptible. Could easily do 24 oz in primary. Maybe I'll add 12 oz to the keg to give it some sweet fruitiness and a little color.
7-11 Is it finally starting to clarify after a week and two days? This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
