substituted Wyeast 3711 for the Belle Saison yeast- also added clarity ferm when pitching yeast. I do not filter my beer so I wanted to see if the clariferm would improved clarity.
OG was 1.066 for 5.8 gal into primary; dry hopped 5 days in primary; Added tea to bottling bucket.
Tea was made with half pound of flowers steeped in half gallon of hot water.
